Jose R. Quinteros, 26, of the 2300 block of Goebbert Road, was charged with aggravated kidnapping, aggravated criminal sexual assault and robbery, Glenview police said Friday.
Quinteros is being held in Cook County Jail on $700,000 bond, police said.
According to court documents, Quinteros allegedly held a woman against her will, raped her, and stole her phone on July 12 in the 3330 block of West Lake Avenue in Glenview. The woman's injuries included cuts and bruises, records showed.
Quinteros, who was identified as a mechanic, was arrested on the 2200 block of East Oakton Street in Arlington Heights, police said.
