Just in last year, several of Tom Dart's top aides abruptly resigned and are all telling the same story off the record. They have spoken out that Tom Dart is mentally unstable and impossible to work for.. The most notable to quit was Sheriff Dart's Internal Affairs Director Terry Hake who gained infamy as the FBI mole during Operation Graylord.. Hake took a 30,000 dollar pay cut to return to the State's Attorney Office.. Dart's Chief of Staff also resigned amid allegations of a sexual assault and subsequent cover-up.. Now Tom Dart's heavily clouted 19th Ward lackey Kevin McGuire is leaving... McGuire has been Director of Vehicle Services under Dart since 2007... McGuire is singing the same tune about Dart to anyone who will listen. The question remains will the ship completely sink before 2018?
