At least eight people were wounded within one hour in separate shootings on the city's Northwest, South and West sides Friday.

In the latest shooting, two teens and one man were shot about 7:30 p.m. in the city's Woodlawn neighborhood on the South Side.

Officers said someone fired shots from a vehicle driving in the 6100 block of South Kimbark Avenue, said Officer Nicole Trainor, a spokeswoman for the Chicago Police Department.

A 15-year-old boy was shot in his left hand, and was taken to Comer Children's Hospital where his condition was stabilized. Another boy, 16, suffered a wound to the neck and was taken in serious condition to Stroger Hospital. The third victim, 24, was shot in the abdomen and was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital where he was listed in serious condition, Trainor said.
