Highland Park police said dozens were cited Aug. 14 in marijuana-related offenses at the Umphrey's McGee concert at Ravinia Festival.

Highland Park Deputy Police Chief Timothy Wilinski said the department had increased staffing at the event based on an expected attendance of 8,000 and the number of drug-related incidents at the band's 2014 concert.

Highland Park police also said they administered the drug naloxone for the first time, to an attendee whose symptoms suggested an overdose from heroin or another opioid drug.
