The FBI is investigating two bank robberies that happened Aug. 3 in Oak Park.

According to FBI Special Agent Dana McNeal, a man dressed as a woman entered the Community Bank of Oak Park River Forest at 1001 Lake Street at 11:25 a.m. Aug. 3.

The offender entered the bank and told the teller to give him "all the fifties and hundreds," according to Oak Park police reports. At that time, the teller noticed what she believed to be the handle of a handgun inside the offender's purse, the report said.

According to information posted online by the FBI, the suspect is a black man between 5 feet 11 inches and 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds.
