Atlanta rapper Rich Homie Quan may be in hot water after he was videotaped enjoying what could be a joint while holding his 1-year-old son.
Child Protective Services and the Fulton County Police Department are looking into the incident, TMZ reported Friday. Quan could even face criminal charges, according to the gossip website.
Quan seemed to be inviting trouble, as the eye-opening video was posted on Snapchat. It's not clear whether the rapper is smoking a cigarette or something more potent. Some have speculated that it might be a joint or a blunt.
It's been a turbulent time for the rapper's family. Just last year Quan's father was shot four times in his own barber shop.
