Police looking into possible involvement of Negro sex offender Michael Wayne Edwards Jr. in bodily fluid incident in Va.

FAIRFAX, Va. - Four years ago, Michael Edwards pleaded guilty to squirting his own bodily fluid from bottles onto women in Maryland stores. He was caught on camera and through DNA evidence. The prosecution recommended jail time, but the Montgomery County judge gave him three years of probation.

Now, Edwards is allegedly back to it again -- this time in Virginia.
