Gloria Drummer, 57, was caught on camera as she carried out the vicious assault outside a CVS pharmacy in Farmington.
Police said Drummer appeared to have waited for the victim and then stabbed her in the head several times with a 10-inch butcher knife.
The innocent 27-year-old victim collapsed before her boyfriend and CVS employees rushed to help, reported WFSB.com.
Drummer reportedly shouted "You’re lucky I didn't scalp you," before calmly walking across the street and waiting at a bus stop.
