A Burbank man was arrested yesterday after a resident reported seeing him masturbating in his car while at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church parking lot, 8351 South New Castle Avenue, Burbank. The incident happened sometime Sunday, August 9.
Police say Justas Ramonas, 26, of the 6500 block of West 83rd Place, Burbank, was charged with public indecency in connection with the incident.
The man who observed Ramonas allegedly masturbating in the front seat of his car, confronted him while video recording the encounter. The man posted the video on his Facebook page with the comment, “Everyone in in Burbank and surrounding areas watch out for this guy he is on the loose the.police are looking for him he admitted to jagging off to the police he is on the run now... share share share...” [sic].
