Milwaukee police say tips from the public led to the arrest of a 29-year-old man in connection with the sexual assault of a 5-year-old boy in a Walgreens restroom.
The assault occurred about 6:25 p.m. Sunday at the Walgreens located at 7600 W. Capitol Drive, according to police.
Authorities released photos of the suspect on Tuesday and announced the arrest early Wednesday morning. Milwaukee police will present the case to the Milwaukee County district attorney's office in the coming days.
