Lakeview chimpout shooting video
From a balcony overhead, a Lincoln Park resident recorded an argument and shooting early Saturday morning in the North Side Chicago neighborhood.
The shooting happened in the 2600 block of North Halsted Street. A woman fires two shots and the crowd thins out. A few people remain yelling and pushing each other in the street, when she fires three more shots.
The resident’s voice can be heard calling 911.
ABC Chicago reported that police arrested Jennifer Stegall. She was charged with misdemeanor reckless conduct.
There were no reports of injuries. The video was posted on YouTube.
