Odom, who had been partying with girls since Saturday night, had been using an herbal substitute for Viagra, though it was not immediately clear if the supplement affected his condition.
Odom was staying at the Love Ranch Vegas in Crystal, Nevada, one of the establishments owned by famed brothel owner Dennis Hof. Odom was vomiting but with "some kind of foam stuff coming out of his mouth," Hof said.
He was found passed out shortly after 7 p.m. New York time. "This is serious," Hof told The News. "He might not make it."
