Tram Nguyen, 25, of Chicago, appeared in Cook County court Sunday and was ordered held on $75,000 bail by Judge James Brown. Prosecutors said a customer in the spa allegedly woke up to find Nguyen performing oral sex on him.
A Niles police report said the suspect was unable to give Nguyen knowing consent.
