Cambridge police are looking for the man who dressed as a priest and committed a lewd act at the altar of a church last month.
Video shows the unidentified man dressed in a robe and walking around inside the St. Sava Serbian Church on Alewife Brook Parkway on Sept. 29.
"He stripped himself down to being naked and then performed a sexual act on the altar stage," Cambridge police spokesman Jeremy Warnick said.
Police said when he walked into the church around 3 a.m. and found the priest's robes, he wore them for 45 minutes before stripping down.
"You're just confused as to why someone would do this," church board member Alexander Pogorzelski said.
He is described as a white man in his 20s and was seen wearing glasses.
Anyone who may know the identity of the man is asked to call police.
