Had a group of whites attempted to dig up the grave of Emmett Till, the wrath of the Federal Government would have been deployed...

MEMPHIS, Tennessee -- The Memphis City Council voted to remove a statue and the remains of Confederate general Nathan Bedford Forrest, but for one group the move isn't happening fast enough.

A group of protesters arrived at Forrest's grave site Wednesday, armed with a shovel, and began digging up the grass next to the grave at a park in the city's Medical District.
