A Lincolnton teenager was arrested Friday on multiple felony charges involving sex offenses and a minor, according to officials.
Ontorio Dymier Metts, 16, also known as "Bubbles," was arrested on 10 felony charges including first degree forcible sexual offense, second degree forcible sexual offense, first degree kidnapping, second degree sexual exploitation of a minor - producing material, and second degree sexual exploitation of a minor - circulating material.
On July 22, the alleged victim, who is a minor, and their guardian reported to police that Metts was responsible for "multiple sexual assaults that have occurred over the recent weeks," according to the official report.
A search warrant was then issued for Metts' home. Investigators said "items relevant to this investigation" were found during that search and placed into evidence, but did not give further details.
Metts was arrested on the charges and taken to the Lincoln County Jail where he was placed under a $540,000 bond. He was scheduled to appear in court on July 27.
