Peeping Masturbating Tom - Randal Moseley, 62, of DeKalb, has been charged with disorderly conduct after police said he watched women as they used a portable toilet at a craft fair in Sandwich.
Police said Randal Moseley, 62, of DeKalb, spent 20 minutes inside a portable toilet peeking at women who were entering an adjacent unit during a craft fair in the Indian Springs Shopping Center on Sept. 24.
According to Sandwich Police Chief Jim Bianchi, someone attending the fair called 911 around 10:30 a.m. to report the incident. The caller said a man had been inside a portable toilet for around 20 minutes, and had been poking his head in and out of the unit as women went in to the next portable toilet.
Witnesses told police that the man was seen peering through a vent inside his unit looking into the adjacent toilet while it was being used.
About 10 women had gone in and out of the restroom during the time Moseley was inside the neighboring unit, police said.
Bianchi said that when officers arrived, they questioned Moseley about his behavior. Police said he told an officer that he was ill, which was why he was in the restroom for so long.
Following witness interviews, Moseley was charged with disorderly conduct.
